I set up and had Comcast connect, but no internet. Everything worked before I switched modems now a steady blue light stays lit and no internet. Help! TIA

We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please confirm if the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is visible on your devices?
Additionally, could you try accessing the modem’s GUI web portal by entering 192.168.0.1 in your browser?
Have you also attempted self-activation or tried reprovisioning the modem?
