Some of my devices won’t connect to the WiFi. It allows me to select the SSID and password but won’t connect. My old router had specific channels for 2.4 and 5G so it didn’t have a problem. Any suggestions?

Do you have wpa2/wpa3 mode enabled?

Any special characters in the ssid/password?
Some older devices struggled with the change to AX (wifi 6) much less BE (wifi 7) networks.

What old router did you have?

What specific devices are having issues?

Did you try setting up a wpa2 guest network for those specific devices

Yes, I have wpa2/wpa3 mode enabled.

Yes, I do have special characters in the password but I also used them with my last router too.  SSID does not have any special characters.

My old router is ASUS AT-5300

Feit smart plugs, Amazon smart plugs, Carro ceiling fan, and my Traeger grill.

Yes, I also tried the wap2 guest network without success.

Is there a normal support line to help get this resolved?  If not, I will just return the item.  This is not an efficient way to manage support for a new product.
