All of my devices have connected to my new Arris 54 WiFi Cable Modem except for my SurfacePro. How do I get my SurfacePro to be able to connect to my G54?  Thx

2 things to try.

  1. Try setting the wifi on one of the networks to wpa2. Some devices have issues with wpa3
  2. Try disabling the BE or AX on one of the wifi networks. It could be an issue with that.

Also go into the surface and see what wireless chipset its using. Get the driver for it directly from the chipset manufacturer and not through windows update. I’ve see old drivers cause issues with AX and BE networks.
