I was in the router/modem setup page, right after I picked my password it logged me out.Now the router is giving me a bad password error. The username is filled in by default “admin.” Am I missing something? I wrote down my password, so I know that’s not the problem.

when you picked the password, was it 10 characters, 1 special character, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and 1 number (at least)?
On other devices I’ve seen where it’ll accept a password change that doesn’t meet the minimum requirements (it shouldn’t) and then you can’t get back in. Sometimes you have to factory reset and reinstall
