Hi want to know why my downlord speed is at a 1 and why my net type is at a 2 when it need to be a one is there something wrong with my modem

Are you referring to the Wi‑Fi network bands (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz)? If so, please note that by default the network names are combined under a single SSID. You may need to split the network in order to use the bands separately.
