My Wi-Fi stopped working on multiple devices, some of my connected Wi-Fi is still working, ie, my TV, mobile phones, co.puters, but all of my other devices are offline, when connecting to the ssid it says no internet, yet other Wi-Fi connected devices are still connected. I can not connect my other devices as it says no internet on all broadcast ssids, I have factory reset the modem, yet still no success.

Are you able to receive an internet connection through a wired connection?

If yes, and if the issue is present on Wi-Fi connected devices, please make sure that the gateway is placed in an open area at a higher elevation to avoid interference.

If the issue persists with the Wi-Fi, we recommend changing the Wi-Fi channels to the least congested one.

For your reference, please refer to the link below on how to change the Wi-Fi channels.

Could you please let us know the name of your internet service provider and specify whether they provide a coaxial connection or a fiber optic connection? Additionally, please provide the LED light status on the gateway.

The wired connection works, the same thing happened to my Xfinity supplied modem and they had to replace it with a new one. I tried to reset the modem but pressing the button for 30 seconds doesn't reset the modem. I guess I will have to buy a new one to replace it.
