Trying to connect Arris X5042 to improve WI Fi connectivity to my devices. I’ve used the WPS button to connect the Arris to my Fiber Gateway Wi-Fi 6 router which also complies with Wi-Fi EasyMeshTM. I was unable to find the Artis App for my iPhone to complete the the installation but I do have a solid green light on the Arris after connecting using WPS. I did find a surfboard Arris app that didn’t have the Arris X5042 listed as a device supported by the app? Not sure now if any of my devices are connected to the Arris? In wifi settings on my phone, I don’t see any new networks to confirm that the installation was successful. I don’t even see the X5042 listed anywhere on the community? Thanks!

Arris X5042 is not under our support list so we won't have any information about this particular model. About Altice Gateway you need to check with the respective device manufacturer since we don't have any information about third-party devices.
