What are badges?
Badges are a small token of our appreciation for your support and engagement on our community. On top of that, badges are a great way to show off your super special techie skills to the community.
How to earn badges?
Your skills will be tested to earn these badges, each badge comes with its unique set of challenges. There are 3 ways to earn badges:
Topics – Any post counts towards a topic. A topic is a question, conversation, or an idea.
Reply – Include any reply on any topic.
Answer – Include only replies to questions that are marked as the best answer.
There are badges that can be earned in any category, then there are other badges that can only be earned in certain categories.
