Welcome to the SURFboard Community
The SURFboard Community Forum is a welcoming place that allows members to connect with a diverse audience that is passionate about supporting, learning, and collaborating on SURFboard products and all things techie. To make this community a place where members feel comfortable, we ask you to review our Terms of Use and follow these simple rules.
Be respectful
This is a welcoming community of users from a diverse background, and we must make it a priority to keep this forum a safe space where everyone feels comfortable. We ask everyone to be committed to treating your fellow members with the utmost kindness and respect.
Name-calling, offensive behavior, or bullying are NOT allowed and are not tolerated nor accepted either in private or public messages.
Be constructive
The community forum is a safe space for our members to share their knowledge and insights. Ask and reply to others with kindness; help us create and conserve a friendly environment regardless of a member’s expertise level. Be clear when posting information; mark replies to as best answer; give a like to those helping out; let us know when you find content helpful; thank others for their contributions; share your knowledge!
Be responsible
Refrain from submitting posts that contain personal information about you and others to protect everyone’s privacy. In addition to protecting user privacy, be respectful of the copyright and intellectual property laws. Reference and cite sources appropriately and publish pictures or material from another person with their consent.
Keep it safe
All ages are welcome. Let's share our knowledge with the next generation to make the networking world a better place. No swearing, graphic content, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content allowed.
No soliciting
It’s okay to talk about the products or services you love, but only if it’s relevant to the conversation. Spam, advertising, or any form of solicitation will be removed.
See something, say something!
While we are unable to review all posts to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, we encourage members to report the content. Should you come across a post or a comment that goes against these guidelines, please click on the three dots on the bottom right of a post and click on "Flag". Keep in mind that we have the right to edit and remove content that violates these guidelines as well as the Terms of Use.
Moderation
We encourage members to have respectful conversations with each other and our moderators may reply to post to address most issues. We reserves the right to edit, move, remove posts and images, and ban users for any and all violations of these guidelines, or the Terms of Use.
