You can post a question when you need a solution to your question or problem.

Note: Before you create a post, please search to see if the subject been addressed.  Search boxes are available throughout the community forum.

When you cannot find an answer in the community, start your post by clicking “+ CREATE TOPIC” on the upper right corner of the page.

In the Create new topic page, choose Question as your topic.  When the topic is a question, you can mark a reply from another member as the best answer.  This will help other users who are having the same question to find the solution quicker.

Create a title that is short but descriptive.  It should summarize what your topic is about: include the name of the product or the service, if applicable. This way other users can see directly if they are able to help you.

Describe your issue as detailed as possible. Other users can help you better when they know what you are trying to do (and where you do not get any further).  Including model number, firmware version, app name or version are helpful and eliminates back and forth.

Note: Please don't share any private information (EMail address, phone number, etc.), as all this information will be shared in public.

Tip: You can also add images and videos to your question, click here for a details.

Choose a category by selecting a model you are asking a question about.

If possible, add tags which are describing your topic in keywords. This will help other users to find your topic a lot quicker.

Click CREATE to post your question.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Not sure if this is what you prefer on this forum but on other forums, its strongly encouraged to start your own thread if someone is jumping onto a thread and adding in their own details. That way the original posters info isn’t getting confused with the person thread jumping’s info.
