Add Satellite or Add Device is missing from App

Forum|alt.badge.img

I recently purchased a G54 and W133s.  I was able to set up to the G54 without issue.  When setting up the W133s, I’m in the Surfboard Central app, and the place where it is supposed to “Add Satellite” or “Add Device” is missing from the app.  After many searches, I’m still empty handed.  I can’t find it anywhere in the app, anywhere in the web interface, or anywhere in the community.  The app on the box of the W133s directs me to Surfboard Central.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend using a different email address to set up the W133.

On the home page of the Surfboard Central app, under 'My Networks,' could you let us know what information or criteria are visible to you?

Could you please go back to the home page? Under that, you should see a section called 'My Network’ as well. Let us know what the network chart looks like there.

Any updates on how to “add satellite” or “add device”?  It’s still not showing in the app.

Then how do I link it to my existing network?

To add the W133 to your existing network, first set it up using a different email address. After the setup, enable Bridge Mode on the W133. This will convert it into an extender and disable its routing functionality. The G54 will then handle all routing, allowing the W133 to extend the G54’s network. However, please note that both devices will broadcast separate Wi-Fi frequencies.

For your reference, please see the link below for the steps to enable Bridge Mode on the mAX router.
