SURFboard Central mobile app setup

I have a G36, so I downloaded the SURFboard Central app for it, but I'm at an impasse with step 3 of the setup, "select your internet service provider", as my ISP (TDS Telecom) is not an available option to select, nor am I able to add TDS to the list of ISPs for selection. So, I can go no farther. 

How can I fix or work around this problem?

    As TDS Telecom is not available in the selections you can select others and proceed further to setup the application. Adding the article for reference.
