Unable to login to SURFboard iOS app! Please help!

Unfortunately, the Surfboard Central app is not compatible with the TG1682G, and therefore it cannot be managed through the app.
Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
