Had the Internet peeps come out and they said everything was good to go! Tried to get my Modem/router to get things going and NOTHING!

When there is no internet or if your unable to go online you can try basic trouble shooting like restarting and resetting modem, you can also check the IP address on the modem interface to confirm whether the WAN and LAN IP are provided to the modem by the internet service provider, if not you can contact your internet service provider to re provision modem to get internet. Since you have not mentioned the modem model number we can only provide you with the basic details.
