just setting up get all the way to registered device and goes to the user interface then flips instantly to setup again tried it on both units happens the same tried from android phone.
tried again with iphone and cant get past registration.
both units are accessable from wifi and can connect with any wifi device to them no problem just unable to load the user interface so i can add 2nd unit and modify the network.
Anyone have any idea of a solution??

For better understanding you mentioned that after registering device it goes to the user interface so what page getting on the surfboard central app. If possible we would suggest you to try performing a reset and again try onboarding the router on the surfboard central app. To help you with the onboarding setup could you please provide us the modem model number.
