I have been unable to access my router with the Android app. It wasn't able to find anything on my network. I factory reset the router to set it up again. The app discovered the router and connected to the Internet. There was no new firmware for it to download, but when it went to register the router it was threw an error. I get the error message "Failure to Configure your router." Error Code 0000-1603
I am unable to setup my router now and it's just stuck in setup mode. I'm at a stand still. I tried 5 times and have hard reset multiple times.

We understand that you are unable to access your Surfboard Central App .
Could you please help us to know the LED status of the max W121/21 ?
Do you have a dual pack or a single unit . Please confirm on the same
If you have a dual pack follow the below steps:
Swap the main router and satellite/Factory reset both of the Routers/Uninstall and Reinstall the Surfboard Central App and try again
If its a single unit :
Factory reset the Router/Uninstall and Reinstall the Surfboard Central App and try again .
