I bought this Wi-Fi Router used for the exact same one that I had power died. This one seems to be brand new and working just fine, although it states that there is ‘No internet, secured’ With that being said, I cannot connect any devices to connect to the internet to work properly. Can someone help me?

ARRIS Surfboard SBR-AC 1900P is removed from Arris support list. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
