The mAX routers do not have a traditional GUI page to manage the settings. Instead, the settings are managed via the SURFboard Central app.

When you first connect the mAX router, you will need to onboard it using the app. This is how you get online, pair your satellites and manage your settings:

If the LEDs on your mAX are flashing green and white, this means it is not onboarded yet and you will need to go through the onboarding process to get online and manage your mAX router.

If the LED is currently blue and you can get online, this means the router was already onboarded. If you’ve since uninstalled the app, you may need to reset the unit and onboard the app on your mobile device again.

The SURFboard central app is available for iOS and Android and can be acquired on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The app itself will walk you through the onboarding process and provide all the instructions you need!
