Hi, what’s the  max number of nodes (including the router) that can be set up using the Surfboard Max mesh wifi systems? I’m interested in the W130 (Wifi 6 AX7800), W133 (Wifi 6 AX11000) and the W161 (Wifi 6E)? The app seems to hint that the max number is 3, but I heard some systems such as the W161 can only have max of 2? Also, can you mix different nodes, such as buy a set of W130 and a set of W133, and use just one set, and another unit from another set to form a 3 node mesh system? Thanks.

For mAX Pro W31/W30 and mAX W21 models, you can set up one main router and two satellite routers. For mAX6E W161 and mAX DASH WC4S/WC4T models, the setup supports one main router and one satellite router.

You can mix W30 and W31 models within the same mesh system. However, for the other models, interchanging between different series is not supported when setting up the mesh network.
