Router flashing

I have full internet connection, yet my router (WC4T) is still flashing green and white every second. When I attempt to reinstall the router via the app, I reach the point of registering my device, and I get an error message with an error code “0003-1014” with the comment that “Service is currently not available” with the statement “We are experiencing an issue connecting with our back office”. 

I’ve disconnected the modem (S33) and router, reconnected the modem and then the router with the same result each time.

Anyone know what’s going on?

Neve mind. I was able to figure it out myself.
