W31 "We are experiencing an issue connecting with out back office" ERROR CODE: 0003-1014

What is with the “back office”?

Attempting to create network and add satellites to my W31 -- I have internet via the W31, just insufficient coverage. . . 

Is there another way, other that SURFBoard Central” to configure my network?. . .

                                         0003-1014 - Service is currently not available.  Request timed out during verification password.  Solution: Please try logging into your account after a few minutes.

this error code stating that your password is needs to be verified so this may be because of Arris site down issue so please try after 30mins and if still same issue persist please try uninstalling and re installing app on different device and start onboarding.
