New W133 Router will not connect via Bluetooth. Have re-installed Surfboard Central several times, went through complete setup process per Community Group forum recommendations, Android devise sees the Max Pro router in Bluetooth settings and pairing mode, Max Pro continues with blue blinking light- will not connect. Tried Factory reset to no avail. Also using Arris Surfboard S33 Modem.
