Hello, just got the arris ax11000 from Amazon and I'm stuck at the firmware download. Keeps getting stuck with error code 0000-1401.

Hello MichaelBlast,
As you are unable to connect AX 11000 to Wi-Fi, and getting an error code as 0000-1401
Do follow the steps below :
Do a power cycle on the modem
Uninstall and Reinstall the Surfboard Central App
Do a Reset on the Max Router for 15 seconds and if the issue is still not solved try again
Also check by connecting the modem to computer for internet
If still getting the error code : 0000-1401 : The download of your firmware file failed. Solution: Please reboot your router to download the file and follow the steps on the screen.
