Current setup includes (1) Main node and (1) Satellite node, both model W31.
The Satellite node firmware has been updated to version AXR.0813.231113.8, however the Main node firmware is stuck on version AXR.0612.221229.15.
The Main node has been rebooted several times, and firmware remains on the old version. Is the update failing?

Thank you for your patience. Our internal team confirmed that the firmware on your main router has been updated, it may take some time to reflect the update on your app so in this case as a last restore we would suggest you to sign out and sign in to your surfboard central app to check on it.
