I lost power and internet. When the power came back on, the internet came back on, but not my wifi. I tried unplugging my Main Max and also tried re-booting it via the app, but nothing work. I still got a red light. Then I went for the reset button, and now I have a blinking orange light. Now I can’t figure out how to “re-install” the system. I tried removing the device using the app, but it is still there, and when I try adding a new device, the mAX Pro is not even listed as one of the options. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

We should try to reset and set up the SURFboard App again.
If the Max Router's modem is a cable/Wi-Fi cable modem: Follow the links accordingly:
