Just purchased and looking to setup but routers failing at firmware download. I have successful internet connection and I've tried both routers.
Internet: spectrum fiber
Phone: tried samsung fe 24 and iPhone 16
Arris w30 both having the same issue.

Ensure that the mobile device’s software is up to date.
To help isolate the issue, we recommend restarting the mobile phone you are using to set up the app and performing a factory reset on the main router connected to the Spectrum fiber.
