I bought SURFboard MAX w133 in 04/22 in EUA so I configured the modem today (04/25) at my home in Brazil.

One of these power supplies stopped working a few hours later on my first setup.

I tested the modems and both are working. 

 

What do I need to do to get support to replace?

Hi Marco, unfortunately they do not ship to countries outside of US. If you have a physical address in USA where they can send the power cord and then from that physical address having someone redirecting the power cord to you will be the best option
