My mesh network is working, and I’m connected to the internet, but the surfboard app cannot connect to the router.

Are you on iOS? if so, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
