I have a W130 that is all working fine from a netwrok point of view, but when I try to go into the android (v13) app (v 4.3.4) it was asking me to go through

 

the setup procedure again (tried on two android devices, Phone and tablet) but would loop after the model was selected, and it was searching for the device. (I am sitting next to the main AX7800)

I cleared out the cache for the surfboard max app on teh phone, and then it asked me to login with my email.. it sent me the verification code, which I typed in, and then the app loops on that screen.. (been waiting 10 mins on that screen)

When I kill that and go back into the app, I get “1 validation error detected at ‘proposedPassword” failed to satisfy constraint:Member must satisfy regular expression pattern: ^t\s]+.*[\s]+$” when I try to sign in again.

I then uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it, but I get the same looping on the verification screen (It says code verified at the top, but loops when I say next)

Is there an alternate way (web portal) to manage the device, I need to adjust some settings?

You should be able to sign in the app with the same email address used during setup.  If you use another email address, removed the mAX device in the app, or delete your account, it will try to do a new setup.


Totally agree, I should be able to login, but it's not letting me, so I can't access any devices.

 

I am using the email address I always used, and it accepts it's a valid email, but it won't let me in. Just loops after the verification code is entered.
