I just got my w130 mesh routers and initially couldn’t connect to internet. next day could get to internet and no SW update available. Created SSID and password crashed. restarted the whole process multiple times this time checks for SW updates and just times out error same as above post or BT disconnects. I’m hoping tomorrow the servers are functioning and either there are no updates or the updates get installed. I would like to get back to being able to create SSID and PW. I’m hoping servers are down causing this issue.

If the app is looping the setup process we recommend making sure your mobile phone’s software is up to date. After that, try restarting your phone.
Then, perform a factory reset on your main router, reinstall the app and start over the setup process.
