 Error Code 0000-1604 OR 0001-1402

Every time I create an SSID name and password, a Bluetooth connection error occurs, and I'm unable to create the SSID. I've tried many times, but it keeps showing the same error.

 

Firmware: AXR.0814.240522.10

MAC: 60:D2:48:E9:9B:E0

Could you please confirm whether you have a single W30 unit or a dual/triple‑unit setup?

Additionally, please provide some details about your network setup specifically, whether you are using a cable modem, a gateway, or a direct fiber connection to the W30.

Lastly, kindly describe the LED light status on the W30 unit you are trying to set up.

i’m use single W30 unit. use unifi UDM-PRO gateway.

In this case, please try performing a factory reset on the router. To further isolate the issue, use an alternate phone to install the app and sign in with the same email address. Also, ensure the phone’s software is up to date and consider restarting the device.

I've reset it many times, and I've even changed phones, but the same error persists.

 How do I get a Warranty replacement? I bought it from Amazon.The warranty expires in 2028.
