W30 Not Showing Up in Network

On the Surfboard app my S33 modem shows up under My Network, but my main & satellite W30 routers do not.
 

Internet is working as expected.

    Hello apdrake

                             since the issue is happening in the surfboard central app , we would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app then you can start the set up. if you are getting any error code while setting up  please let us know for further assistance.

    Followed your suggestion. It showed up when I first reinstalled and setup my network. Opened up general settings then disappeared.
