Why is the W31 router not listed in any of the device setup menus if it’s not an outdated device?

I restarted my router through the surfboard central app and it’s now stuck on blinking between yellow and blue, indefinitely. I manually restarted the router, unplugged it for 1-3 minutes. I held down the restart button for 30 seconds. I pressed restart in the app again.

I can’t re-add the device because you’re not listing it in any of the device setup menus so I can start a new network from scratch. Why would you do that?

If you're setting up the device from scratch, make sure to select the correct category — "Surfboard mAX". Also, note that the amber-blue LED light indicates that the device is downloading software in the background.
