After a year of using the W31 mesh, all a sudden, the satellite led turned red. I did a power cycle, the satellite turned back on, but couldn't connect to the main router.

Then I did a factory reset on the satellite (holding reset button for 10 seconds). When it came back, I tried to add the satellite, its stuck on the "Connecting to your Satellite" screen. No matter how many times I tried (even reinstalling the app), the app can't find the satellite.

 

Help.
