W31 Stopped Working

Hi there,

My W31 MAX Pro just randomly stopped working today. I have restarted it several times and even reset it to factory settings but it continues to blink red. Our home is wired for internet, and we’ve had it connected in our family room for at least 2 years, where it worked great. I just moved it and connected it directly to our modem and it still won’t connect. Is there anything else I can try?

The error code I keep getting is 0000-1303. 

I have Spectrum internet and the model # of my modem is ET2251. It is DOCSIS 3.1 eMTA.

Disconnect it from the modem, push and hold the reset for up to 30 seconds while its powered on. 

If that doesn’t help, try a 30-30-30 reset and see if that helps
