w31 stops midway through setup after firmware updage 0000-1401

As you are experiencing the error code : 0000-1401 it indicates “The download of your firmware failed”.
For proper trouble shooting further follow the below steps:
- Reboot your router
- After rebooting the router the firmware file will get downloaded
- later follow the steps that appears on the SBC App screen
- After trying all these steps if the issue persists
- Reset the router and modem for a minute
- Setup the SBC app from start
Could you also let us know the model number of the modem that been connected to W31?
