Can I specify/change wifi channels on Arris W121

Ping reports poor quality on ALL the channels (36,40,44,48,52) for my wifi.  quality is Medium or Very good for others.  Performance is lousy for iOS devices (iPad and iPhone), but excellent for MacBook and Samsung TV connected via ethernet directly to routers.

The W21 uses both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz frequencies automatically and chooses the best Wi-Fi channel. There is no option on the surfboard application to select WIFI channel and its designed in such a way to do it automatically.
