I cant get past the terms and conditions on the app. Keeps saying error access not allowed. How do I solve this?

Tried clearing cache/data on the app? Maybe there’s something erroring out. 

Is it on ios or android? 

If its ios, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
