I have the Arris Surfboard Max Ax6600 mesh system and I’m attempting to have them connected to my existing router to act as an extender.
How do I connect it to my existing WiFi network and turn on bridge mode?
It only gave me the option to create a new network.

When setting up the W21, you’ll be prompted to create a network name—please go ahead and set one up. Once the W21 is successfully configured, you’ll be directed to the home page.
After that, refer to the link below for instructions on how to enable Bridge Mode through the app. This will switch the W21 to Access Point Mode, allowing it to work seamlessly with your existing router.
