Hello everyone,  I am trying to establish a porn block on my wifi. I just recently installed the SB8200 modem with W21 mesh routers (2 in use).  When I enter the IP address into my web browser, I only get my modem and not the router, therefore, I’m not getting any of the options to change the DNS server settings.  The parental controls on the surfboard app only allow me to block certain devices from accessing the wifi.  But I need to allow the devices to be in use, just block any adult content.  Thanks, Jeff

You can change the W21’s DNS address with the SURFboard Central app.  The W21 parental control doesn’t allow you to block keyword or URL.

A good place to start is by creating a post in the Idea section in this forum.

@Netopia is correct, you have to use the app.

But you can change the dns through the app so you can make your own filter.

You can setup pihole with a adult website blocking filter. Of course there’s ways around things like that but when they start getting that competent, then its more about having the conversation about healthy habits versus just blocking curious children.
