I have cable modem > W121 > Ethernet Switch > devices. Some of the devices show up on the app as connected via Ethernet, but they don’t have internet connection. Wi-Fi internet connections are working properly.

I am seeing the same behavior on a new install. connecting a Smartthings hub on the LAN port connects to device but cannot connect to Smartthings cloud to configure.


In this case we would suggest you to try checking the router ethernet port by connecting different device and check if your able to access internet on direct connection from the router if that works switch should give you internet.
