I purchased a new computer to replace an old one. How do I release the LAN reservation in order to reestablish it with the new MAC address?

Based on your selected product (W21), please follow the steps below to remove a LAN IP reservation:

Open the SURFboard Central app.
The Home screen will appear. -
Tap the Network icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the Network Settings (+) button to expand the card, then select LAN Settings.

Tap LAN IP Reservation.

On the LAN IP Reservation screen, swipe left on the reservation you want to remove and tap the Delete icon.

When prompted with the Alert pop‑up, tap OK to confirm.
The selected LAN IP reservation will now be successfully deleted.
