Satellite not connecting in W21

w21 satellite not connecting says loading. I preformed a reset and it’s still flashing green and white.

Since you are unable to add satellite in SBC application, I suggest you to reset the satellite and try to add it again.

Also make sure that the satellite is next to main router.

did you reboot the primary router?

Try hardwiring in the satellite (temporarily)?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

I’ve tried both and I’m still getting the green and white leds.
