Can I separate the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz network, my camera’s will only connect to the 2.4 network

With mesh systems you typically cannot separate the networks.  That is why there is only on SSID.  The cameras still should connect on 2.4, that is how mine connect.

Hello, hope you are doing well.

You cannot separate the 2.4 and 5 ghz networks. The mAX routers use an advanced technology and they would automatically choose the best Wi Fi radio for each client that connects to the network. If your client is still unable to connect to the 2.4 ghz, we recommend you to get in touch with the camera manufacture.

Hope this could help.
