Surfboard Central Crashed when I tap on Network Management

So honestly the hardware is top notch, but can’t say the same about the app.

It’s disappointing badly. I used it to onboard my Surfboard Max W21 after that it detect several devices connected to my W21, but whenever I tap on any of the menu available in the app, it’s makes me anxious as it can be crashed anytime, and whenever the app not responding and I have to close it. When I reopen the app it will asked me to do the setup all over again. If I attempted to input my email it will show error message regarding some forbidden symbols etc. And in the end either I have to delete the app data or uninstall and reinstall the app. Login, waiting for otp, tap try again and I will be in the app with my settings intact, except for my devices, it’s keep loading, and won’t show anything until I reset the hardware, redo the onboarding, which is disappointing as if the app crashes again I need to keep resetting and redo the onboarding. In which can happened alot if every time I tap on the network management or any menu within the app, the app crashes.

My question : Is there anything that I can try to make sure the app won’t crashed on me in daily basis? When it will be fixed with updates? Or do I have just to give up using the app and use fing as the features is almost the same anyway.

My Phone is Samsung S21+ which should be stable enough as it’s have been around for several years now.
