Hi,
I have followed all the steps given on various knowledge articles to see if the parent control works on this new routers we bought. But none have worked. I have reset router, reset the iOS app, deleted and redownloaded it but none works. Once I turn on the internet pause nothing happens and kids continue to stay on their PCs. What is the issue here?

Please make sure to reserve the IP address of your devices within the app. By default, the router assigns dynamic IP addresses, which can change over time. Reserving the IP address ensures that your device always receives the same IP, helping maintain a stable connection.
