Is there other way to administer the W21 router without surfboard central app?
My surfboard central app is stuck at opening splash screen.
If I uninstall/reinstall, it ask me to register again. After registering with the same email, the app stuck once validation code is entered.
I have tried deleting the data/ cache and still the same issue.
Please help.

There is not currently another way to manage the W21 other than the SURFboard Central app. The app controls all management of the device.
When did this issue start occurring? Were you using it successfully before, or has it always done this?
Additionally, could you provide whether you’re on iOS or Android, what model of device it is, and the iOS/Android version?
