I installed arris wi-fi6E. I see unknown ARRIS wifi ssid, this ssid intermittently appears. any idea what this is ? thanks

There is a unknown ARRIS wifi ssid, I am sure it’s not from my neighbour.

If you’ve only set up one network name—the primary one—and haven’t configured any secondary networks like a guest network, then the network you’re seeing might actually belong to a nearby neighbor.
Also, do you happen to own any other ARRIS products besides the W161?
