I have the 161 up and working with its base and satellite that comes with it but was trying to add an additional W31 as a satellite but there is no QR to scan so manually entered the S/N and MAC. Moved on from that step and says to wait for the status to go solid blue before continuing but never gets there...is just flashing blue and white.

additionally, now the app seems to have lost the main 161 unit. I have nothing like I am starting from scratch with the app not finding the network that is up and running. 😑

Hope your issue resolved or in case if the issue persist you can perform hard reset on the satellite then try setup the router accordingly. If you could help us the modem model number to which the router is connected that will allow us to assist you better.
