I have been trying to change my WiFi’s name and password. I had success logging in once and changing it but the changes didn't take, I am not sure why. It was saved.  When I tried to login again none of the name or password combinations will work. (Original or new). Not sure where to go from here… 

What actual device model do you have?
did you log in through an app or the browser?


Its an arris model TG3452

I logged through a browser


Might need to reset the device to get back in if you’re having issues logging into it.
